The available partnership opportunities listed below will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis.  As the highest level of sponsorship, sponsors will be recognized as key drivers of innovation in forestry. They will receive premier branding visibility, video promotional ad time during the event, acknowledgement of sponsorship during presentations, exclusive meal sponsor acknowledgement. Sponsorship includes two full complimentary registrations and four additional dinner tickets for October 3rd. Woodlands Workforce Champions - $1,500 Sponsors will enjoy enhanced visibility and branding opportunities, including prominent logo placement, acknowledgement in presentations, break sponsor acknowledgment, meal co-sponsorship. Sponsors are recognized for their support of skill development, education and training in forestry best management practices. Sponsorship includes one full complimentary registration and two additional dinner tickets for October 3rd. Timberland Trailblazers - $800 Sponsors at this level will receive recognition during the event and have their logo prominently displayed in event materials, social media, showcasing their commitment to supporting the forestry community. Sponsorship includes two dinner tickets for October 3rd. Nurturing Roots - Up to $799 (min. $100) This level of sponsorship embraces contributions of all sizes, acknowledging that each supporter, no matter the amount, plays a vital role in fostering growth within the forestry community during the Canadian Woodlands Forum Fall Meeting 2023. Your participation helps cultivate a thriving environment where ideas and collaboration can flourish. Sponsors will receive recognition in event materials during the event and on social media. Exhibitor Opportunities The deadline for confirming/securing exhibitor space is Sept. 25, 2023. As part of our meeting, we are providing the opportunity for your company to exhibit products and services for one day (October 3rd). Available exhibitor opportunities are limited and will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Fees include space only; representatives are also required to register for the meeting.
